- Use of the covered pavilion. If you choose to rent a tent (not included), the lawn in front of Bunk House is ideal for tent placement!
- Parking >>> fields will be made available for unlimited parking
- 25 round tables (set-up not included)
- 150 chairs (set-up not included)
