While Visiting Us...
- The use of firearms is not permitted anywhere on the River’s Bend Ranch property.
- Personal vehicles may not be driven through pastures, including to the river
- Please do not enter our Show Barn without a ranch employee present.
- Approach grazing livestock at your own risk.
- Please do not leave children unattended.
- Swim and wade in the river at your own risk.
- Dogs are allowed as guests in the Ranch House, the Lodge, and the Cowboy Cabin. For the health and safety of our Ranch animals, please follow our Pet Policies below.
Rental Policies
- A deposit of 20% or at least $50 will be required to hold your reservation.
- Remaining balances for Cabin or Lodge rentals will be due at check-in.
- Remaining balances for Bunk House, Ranch House, or multiple-building rentals will be due 30 days prior to check-in.
- To receive a full refund of your reservation deposit:
– Cabin or Lodge rentals must cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival date.
– Bunk House or Ranch House rentals must cancel at least 120 days prior to arrival date.
– If renting more than one building, $300 of deposit is non-refundable.
– If renting entire property, $500 of deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellations of Cabin or Lodge rentals made within 30 days of check-in date will be responsible for the full reservation balance.
- Cancellations of Bunk House or Ranch House rentals made between 120 and 30 days from check-in date will be responsible for 50% of the reservation balance. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in date will be responsible for the full reservation balance.
Pet Policies
The Ranch House, the Lodge, and the Cowboy Cabin are all dog-friendly.
- Dogs are welcome.
- $30 fee per dog/night (max 2).
- Dogs need to be on leash when they’re out on the property.
- Dogs need to be crated if they are left unattended in the cabin/lodge/house.
- Please pick up all the poop/excrement they may deposit.
- Please try to refrain your dog from barking.
- There will be an additional charge for any damage caused.
