For many decades, River's Bend Ranch has been home to some of the finest horses in Virginia. The McConnell Family is proud to offer this gorgeous facility to the public through trail rides and lodging options but our heart is in the horses! The trail rides are an awesome option for sharing the horses with the public but for the horse-owners of the Shenandoah Valley, we offer so much more: from boarding and arena rentals to shows and other event hosting, call us for all your equine needs!
In 2018, River's Bend Ranch acquired four registered Quarter Horses for the purposes of establishing a breeding program right here in Stanley. Our goal is to produce high-quality babies with foundation bloodlines to continue the heritage of cowhorses in this community. Stay tuned for what we hope will be baby announcements later this year!
