While visiting us...
- The use of firearms is not permitted anywhere on the River's Bend Ranch property.
- Personal vehicles may not be driven through pastures, including to the river
- Please do not enter our Show Barn without a ranch employee present.
- Approach grazing livestock at your own risk.
- Please do not leave children unattended.
- Swim and wade in the river at your own risk.
- Sorry - no pets, for the health and safety of our Ranch animals.
Rental Policies
- A deposit of 20% or at least $50 will be required to hold your reservation.
- Remaining balances for Cabin or Lodge rentals will be due at check-in.
- Remaining balances for Bunk House, Ranch House, or multiple-building rentals will be due 30 days prior to check-in.
- To receive a full refund of your reservation deposit:
- Bunk House or Ranch House rentals must cancel at least 120 days prior to arrival date.
- If renting more than one building, $300 of deposit is non-refundable.
- If renting entire property, $500 of deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellations of Cabin or Lodge rentals made within 30 days of check-in date will be responsible for the full reservation balance.
- Cancellations of Bunk House or Ranch House rentals made between 120 and 30 days from check-in date will be responsible for 50% of the reservation balance. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in date will be responsible for the full reservation balance.
